“What is Adaptive HTTP Streaming?”

Adaptive Streaming is a process that adjusts video quality delivery to the terminal client player for optimized quality delivery, based on changing network conditions.
HTTP Streaming is a process that delivers video over HTTP protocol, hence taking advantage of the existing HTTP standards over IP.
